Kanye West Puts Hood Up At NYFW Show, Nicki Minaj Jokes He Was ‘Not Having It’

What’s the matter Mr. West? Kanye was seated front row at the highly prestigious Alexander Wang show at New York Fashion Week, and showed his appreciation by putting his hood over his face. Naturally, Nicki Minaj called him out on his behavior!
Talk about a not so picture perfect moment. Nicki Minaj, 32, sat beside her pal Kanye West, 38, atAlexander Wang‘s NYFW show on Sept. 12 and, perhaps Yeezy was a bit sleepy, because at one point, sandwiched between Nicki and his sister-in-law, Kylie Jenner, Kanye hunched over and hid his pretty face in his hood. Thankfully, Nicki took to Instagram to share the moment with all of us– and she managed to poke a little fun at our lord and savior, Yeezus.
In the photo, Kylie smiles slyly, while Nicki beams from ear to ear. Kanye sits like a lump on a log in the middle of the two. Fittingly, Nicki captioned the pic, “Someone was NOT having it tonight,” alongside a groaning face emoji, as well as the tears-from-laughter emoji. Check out the whole (hilarious) post below.
Also in the frame was The Weekend, who smiled nice and big as well, contrasting even sharper against Kanye’s, uh, moodiness. But perhaps Kanye was just missing his ladies, wife Kim Kardashian and daughter North West, and that’s what was bringing him down into a stooped over depression.
Regardless of the reason, though, this show was a huge deal for Mr. Wang, as it celebrated ten years of his fashion brand. Perhaps, Kanye could have sat up straight in honor of the occasion. But hey, we’ll leave the disciplining to Mrs. Kardashian-West, and share in the LOL-moment with Nicki Minaj.
