The Top 10 trending phones of week 29

Well, it’s the end of the week and you know what that means – time to tally up the views and see what phones you found most interesting during the past seven days or so.

The biggest surprise of the week award goes out to the Micromax Canvas Sliver 5, which not only managed to appear in the list out of the blue, but is now ahead of the pack and by a huge margin. The phonw was announced only recently but it doesn’t exactly shine with flagship-grade hardware. Yet it's the thinnest phone without a camera bump, at only 5.1mm, which combined with its attractive $280 price were enough to get it the lead.


Other than that, we find most of the usual suspects on the list, with only minor rearrangements. The Samsung Galaxy S6 sits at fourth place, followed close by the Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML. The iPhone 6 has made way for the Samsung Galaxy A5 and they occupy sixth and seventh place respectively.
The rest of the chart is a Samsung party, as usual. The Galaxy E7 has managed to surpass the former flagship Galaxy S5 and currently sits at eight place, but it’s close between those two. At the very bottom, we find the affordable Galaxy J1 while the Sony Xperia Z3 drops out of the chart.
