Legal documents on the indictment reveal that Winfrey allegedly followed Wayne's tour bus and shot it while Wayne and 11 of his entourage were inside. There was also an instance that Winfrey called Birdman and Young Thug. A rifle seen at Winfrey's white Camaro can be also used as evidence, according to the police investigating the case of Lil Wayne and Birdman, The Source reports.
Although Lil Wayne and Birdman's beef is not new to the police, the latter and Young Thug have not been charged or arrested. Investigators are now looking into the possibility of the trio being associated with "Blood street gang." Thug's latest video, "Halftime," could be used as proof for Lil Wayne and Birdman's case, according to HipHopdx.
In Thug's music video "With That," which is newly out, Thug is seen cursing and using blasphemous language referring to Wayne. There is also a part of the video showing his tour manager standing while clutching a gun.
Meanwhile, TMZ reported that before Lil Wayne and Birdman's beef escalated with the rumored bus shooting, the 32-year-old "Lollipop" rapper allegedly had an altercation with some individuals that were part of the audience in the club where he was performing. Apparently, the tour bus shooting incident happened right after Wayne left the Atlanta nightclub in April.
